North Fork Mojito
Ingredients
- 2 oz Sailors Rum - Silver
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- 8–10 fresh mint leaves
- Club soda to top
- Lime wheel and mint sprig to garnish
Instructions
Muddle mint leaves with simple syrup in a highball glass. Add lime juice and rum. Fill with ice, top with club soda, and stir gently. Garnish with a lime wheel and fresh mint sprig.
Classic Daiquiri
Ingredients
- 2 oz Sailors Rum - Silver
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- Lime wheel to garnish
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Sailors Rum & Tonic
Ingredients
- 2 oz Sailors Rum - Silver
- 4 oz premium tonic water
- Fresh lime wedge
- Cucumber slice (optional)
Instructions
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add rum, then tonic water. Stir gently once. Squeeze in the lime wedge and drop it in. Add cucumber slice if desired.
